Communication with the community is just as important at the Toshiba Carrier Group’s overseas plants as it is in our domestic facilities.
Toshiba Carrier (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (TCTC)
is the Toshiba Carrier Group’s largest producer of residential air-conditioners in Asia.
This plant, which requires a staff of about 1,000 to operate, engages in environmental activities in its business, and is also active in environmental communication.
Mangrove planting project
TCTC and other Toshiba Group companies in Thailand jointly planned and carried out a mangrove planting project.
The small mangrove trees were planted on tidal flats in the hope that they will grow into a great forest to sustain many living creatures.
